Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service Paypal buttons you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your full name, email address, LinkedIn address and details of your work history and interests.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Inspired Careers.
Inspired Careers has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Inspired Careers shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
There is a 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Refund Policy. Within 7 days you are entitled to a full refund at any time prior to submitting a questionnaire. For the Express Service if you're not happy with your draft profile you have the option of a re-write or a full refund, if you choose a rewrite then you are no longer eligible for a refund on receiving the second draft. For the premium and platinum services if our Writer has drafted a profile for you and you’re not 100% satisfied with your draft profile, version one or two, then you are entitled to a full refund. However, for Premium Subscription if you request further changes and are not satisfied with version three of the draft profile, you’re not entitled to a refund. Requests for a refund must be submitted within 5 working days of receiving the draft LinkedIn content from Standout LinkedIn Profiles. Once the profile has been updated online by our team you are no longer eligible for a refund. If you request and receive a refund but publish the draft profile as written by our Writer, on LinkedIn or anywhere else online, then you will be required to reimburse Inspired Careers for the full payment price..
If you choose the premium or platinum services you'll be asked to share your LinkedIn password so that Inspired Careers can access your profile and publish your new written and visual content. Please note that LinkedIn advises it's users against sharing their passwords and in sharing your password you're going against LinkedIn's "Do's and Dont's". If you're not comfortable sharing your password, please select the "Write and Self-publish profile online" option in the questionnaire.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
